Jeffrey is a graduate of the University of Waterloo and holds a degree in Drama and Classics. He is also a graduate of the Strategic Coach Program’s Master Class for Entrepreneurs. His success as an actor/performer incrementally fuelled his entrepreneurship. He took a small live show, in which he starred and produced and turned it into a full time business. When that business grew over fifty employees, Jeffrey began to appreciate the importance of corporate training and communication and he’s been enthusiastic about sharing what he has learned, ever since.
inAugust attended Ontario Tech University where he earned an Honours Bachelor of Science in Physics. Upon graduation he wasn't sure what career to pursue and after a brief stint in manufacturing decided to learn web development. After roughly six months of self teaching, August was taken on by RTC - A Mindset Company as the lead web developer and is responsible for building the website you're currently looking at! inLindsey is a graduate student at the University of Guelph pursuing a PhD in Animal Nutrition and Modelling. She is passionate about learning, creativity, and problem solving. By utilizing these passions Lindsey is able to do a diverse range of work from content creation to tech support.

Lori is a graduate of the University of Guelph twice over, receiving her BSc in Animal Biology with a minor in Nutrition and Nutraceutical Science and her MSc in Animal Physiology. During her master’s studies her research focused on exploring dairy cow health, immunology, and fetal programming and their intersection with mineral nutrition. During this time Lori developed a passion for scientific writing and communication and especially keen on translating this knowledge to the public. Upon graduation Lori switched gears to diversify her experience and took on a management role in agrotourism as an Online Marketing and Sales Coordinator, specializing in brand-focused content creation and copywriting, as well as email and social media marketing. Lori is open to work- be it design and brand development or in the agricultural or scientific realm due to her drive to cultivate a positive and motivational workplace culture in all contexts.
